you'll find home-away-from-home comfort, with ceramic tile and
new carpet throughout, ceiling fans, new appliances, satellite
TV, and all the conveniences that you'd expect. We accommodate
you like family (or maybe even better?). Watch your satellite
channel or DVD, excuse yourself to catch up on that good book
you haven't found time to read yet, or simply get some well-deserved
R & R.

If
you enjoy a crisp morning walk, or need some wide open spaces
for cycling, you'll find plenty of shaded public lanes to get
your exercise, and bring your fishing gear! The property also
has a private pier, which leads to a spacious deck on the water
where you can spend cool evenings beside the chiminea. |
Units
for rent are offered in 1, 2, or 3BR, depending upon the number
in your party and availability. Each unit has had extensive renovation
throughout, with new ceramic tile, new carpet and refinished hardwood
floors. All have new appliances, including full size refrigerators,
stoves, microwaves, TVs with VCRs for the kids, and a washer and
dryer in each unit to make your stay as convenient as possible.
We've tried to think of everything so that you'll feel right at
home. A summary of rates follow: |
LAKEFRONT (2 BR 1B, or 3BR 2B)
Our nicest and most well-appointed unit,
this is the most popular. Screened front porch leading onto
spacious deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Inside, you'll
find a large kitchen with an island for family meals. Den has
leather recliners in mission style, along with a queen size
sleeper sofa and 2 bedrooms. Master BR has adjoining bathroom
and queen size bed, smaller bedroom has double size bunks on
top and bottom. Lakefront sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and
rents for $125 per nite, 3-nite minimum on weekends, (Thur,Fri,Sat).
2-nite minimum on weekdays from Mon-Wed. Weekly rate is $675
(Mon nite thru Sun noon)
LOFT (Available with Lakefront, or
rented by itself.)
This unit has its own separate entrance,
but is also connected to Lakefront unit by an inside stairway
if needed to accomodate more than 6 people in the Lakefront.
Unit has a cathedral ceiling with exposed rafters, a galley
kitchen, a half bath with shower, an oversized den, and a beautiful
view of the lake out a picture window from the bedroom. Unit
has a full size bed, along with a day bed and sleeps 4. Rents
for $75 per nite, with 3-nite minimum by itself, or $65 per
nite if rented with Lakefront. Weekly rate for 6 nites is $395.
WESTSIDE (2BR 1B)
Maybe
the most economical, this unit has 2BR 1B, with entrance off
a large screened porch which provides a view of the lake. Has
two bedrooms, with master BR having a full size bed, and the
other BR containing a bunk bed, with a full size bed on bottom,
and single on top. With the den offering a queen size sleeper
sofa in addition to the bedrooms, the unit can sleep up to 7.
Rents for $95 per night, with a 3-night minimum, or weekly rate
for 6 nights for $495.
All
rates subject to 7% sales tax and security deposit.
